Enquiries and personal data

What is collected and why

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, message and any optional phone, service and budget are used to respond, prepare a proposal and discuss the project. The submission language, time and your consent are also recorded. Do not include sensitive personal data. The public form does not accept file uploads.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the WordPress database with access restricted to authorised administrators and are automatically deleted from that database after 90 days. A notification can also be sent to the site owner by email. Email copies, subsequent project correspondence and hosting backups are separate from this automatic database deletion.

Hosting and email providers process data as needed to operate these services. Enquiry data is not published on the public website or used for unsolicited marketing. Necessary technical security checks may process connection information to prevent abuse.

Your choices and rights

Contact info@versloaugimas.lt to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry data, or to raise a question about its use. Where applicable, you may object to or request restriction of processing and complain to the competent data protection authority. Enquiry information is processed to respond to your request and take steps before a possible service agreement.

Website and enquiry measurement

Only after you enable analytics in the cookie settings, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure visits and successfully saved enquiries. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Analytics processes a browser cookie identifier, page addresses and titles, referral source, visit time and technical browser and device information. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area under its data processing terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not send contact form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, service or budget choices, enquiry reference numbers or receipt tokens to GA4. Page and referral addresses are sent without query parameters or fragments. An enquiry event is sent only after the website confirms that the enquiry was saved; clicking the submit button alone is not an enquiry. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this integration.

Analytics depends on your separate choice, not on the form consent used to respond to your request. You can reject it or withdraw permission at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Without analytics consent, this website does not load its Google tag or send these events to Google. The contact form also works when you reject analytics.
